All the pieces of the collection of Mr. Gyugyi have come a long way before resettling in their birthplace again. The once so-famous Zsolnay Porcelain Manufacture has recently been transformed into the largest culture-based part of the city in the recent years to give home to permanent exhibitions (among many other cultural programmes and venues) including the permanent exhibition of Mr. Gyugyi’s altogether 600 amazing pieces including the most beautiful objects from the golden age of the Zsolnays.

The building of the exhibition; the Sikorski Villa was the first to be finished and opened for the public in the framework of the Pécs2010 European Capital of Culture Programme.
