Zsolnay Cultural Quarter, a venue encompassing about 5 hectares of area, with its informative visitors centre, parking lot, cafes, university community areas and a vibrant cultural life plans to receive tens of thousands of visitors every year.
In this beautifully restored quiet, exclusive location, at the north side of the Quarter, in the Craft Stores’ Street, we offer a limited number of premises and offices to rent for companies and businesses.

OFFICES

The offices are found on the first floor of the building, with windows facing the courtyard. The building is equipped with phased alarm system and electric fire alarm system.

All offices are separated by a sliding door and consist of two separate rooms, a large and a smaller one, and have their own sanitary facilities (shower, toilet), central heating and electricity meters suitable for individual measuring. Upon request, an independent telephone line and internet connection can be provided.

The offices are of different floor area: their sizes vary between 26 and 43 m².

BUSINESS PREMISES

The stores are found under the offices on the level of the street.

Every business has a separate entrance (all but one disabled), facing towards the inside of the Quarter, and the "Craft Stores’ Street" opens. The stores have central heating, separate sanitary facilities, a private warehouse, individual electricity meter, cold water meter, alarm system and electric fire alarm system. Upon request, an independent telephone and internet connection can be provided.

The floor area of the different-sized shops vary between 29 and 70 m².



In the middle of the building next to the north gate, there is a security guard and a reception around the clock.
